While Suzy Somers and an army of people were setting the stage for a major New Year’s Eve bash on Treasure Island, Alanna and Greg were joined by close friends and family for a Rehearsal Dinner at Tres Agaves, which Suzy also coordinated (she really can be in two places at once). The ceremony walk-through was done before guests arrived – to margaritas at the door! Everyone enjoyed cocktails, e cocina deliciosa! A slide show, and beautiful toasts ended the night.
Mike and Melissa flew in from Houston to get married closer to her family. Melissa’s dad is a pastor, and he performed a beautiful ceremony at First United Methodist in Palo Alto. There was a fabulous banquet earlier in the day, with a Mike and “Mel” trivia contest, a slide-show, and a hoedown. Yes, I said hoedown. Mike’s from Texas! The party kept rocking at The Hotel Valencia with a fabulous dinner, and a high energy performance by The Spazmatics.
Flown in from Texas to do the photography, and a DELIGHT to work with, was the fabulous JP Beato. This clip is one of two montages I cut for the DVD. Come back soon to see the follow up from Hotel Valencia. It will rock you!
I was so excited when I received the email from Ray and Natalie about filming their wedding. Natalie was a bridesmaid for one of my first customers, and Ray actually performed the ceremony. I experienced the tight bonds between this group of friends before, and I knew that they loved their families dearly.
