Angie and Andy had a Dream Wedding at Ledson Winery in the beautiful Sonoma valley. With a church ceremony in the afternoon, and a second ceremony under the setting sun at Ledson, we wanted to weave together the two events into an ultra special highlights. Van and Mimy’s Wedding Film Highlights

You don’t get much nicer and sweet than Van and Mimy, two, just delightful people. I was also able to re-unite with Thomas and Alissa, whose wedding I filmed in 2008. It is a real joy seeing couples progress in their married lives, buying houses, starting businesses, and having kids. Because you were there at that wedding, and have the memories too.
(not to mention the video …hahaha)

So when I got the call to do Van and Mimy’s video, I wanted it to be really special. The words of their pastor provided the perfect telling of what marriage means to Van and Mimy. Thanks for watching.

Marin County Wedding – Marin Art and Garden Center

Jessica and Michael had to deal with some rain for their late May wedding, and I cannot overstate how well they handled it. Obviously stylish and beautiful, Jessica is also a really really nice person. We had fun joking with each other via email during the booking process. I actually forgot to send a contract after she asked to hire me! A MONTH later and she’s asking me… uh aren’t you supposed to send me something? I almost had a heart attack. She was super understanding, and we closed our deal in plenty of time. I wanted to make something special for her as a thank you for putting up with my bad paperwork skills. So here’s a “trailer” I put together.

Napa Valley Wedding – Sarah & Larry

Sarah and Larry celebrated their wedding at the Meritage Resort and Spa in Napa, California. These are two people that are living life to its fullest. Cliche I know, but it’s true. They’re passionate about their families, their work, and celebrating life. It was a real honor and a pleasure to make this video.

Christina from Occasional Cakes made my FAVORITE cake from all of last year. Check out her site, she’s awesome.

Evelyn Linder of Passion for Petals made the beautiful floral arrangements.

Jennifer and Sherif let me take a chance with this song. I found “Settle Down” by Kimbra, a young and super talented singer/songwriter from New Zeland, online and fell in love with the song. Check her out on youtube, she’s unreal.

This was another DREAM wedding from Robbin Montero. Special thanks to Andre Niesing, one of the most talented AND STYLISH photographers I worked with in 2010.

Ritz Carlton – Half Moon Bay

This was my first wedding in Half Moon Bay. Obviously it’s gorgeous there – the hotel, the beach, everything was lovely. But I think this wedding was a success because of the strong relationships the couple have with their friends and family. Thank you so much to everyone involved.

April and Wil – Highlights

April and Wil met at church, and that sort of influenced me on shot selection for the end of this video. The last clip is what I imagine it might have looked like when Wil first saw April, a nice girl, a few aisles over in church.

Corey and Adrienne – Party Montage

This is the dance montage that served as the ending for Corey and Adrienne’s DVD. Since the prep/ceremony montage was kind of intense, I kept this one light and bubbly.

The dance floor was packed all night long, Pop Fiction rocked it, and I kind of just kept shooting… This clip might seem somewhat long or repetitive to an audience that doesn’t know these people. So, I guess this is as good of a time as any to point out that I really don’t worry about that when I’m editing. In the end, the videos are for a small audience. Of course I have to show them here to a wide audience in order to book gigs. But I’m very cognizant while I’m editing, of the primary need to impress the client.
